At Earth and Soul Candle Co., each candle is carefully prepared with intention and care. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment, excluding weekends and holidays. Currently, we ship within the United States only.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

For orders with personalized lid engraving, processing times may occasionally be longer during launches, holidays, or high order volume.

Earth and Soul Candle Co., is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
