Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Earth and Soul Candle Co. purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied upon delivery, please contact us immediately at info@earthandsoulcanldeco.com 

Unused candles may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive your return we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect your account.

• Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damage or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away. Email us at info@earthandsoulcandleco.com with your order # and a photo of the issue- we’ll make it right.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and natural ingredients used, slight variations in appearance, scent, and finish may occur
