At Earth and Soul Candle Co., each candle is thoughtfully and carefully prepared with intention and care. Please allow 1-3 business days for ordering processing before shipment, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Because many of our products are handcrafted and made to order, including personalized lid engraving, processing times may occasionally vary during launches, holidays, or high volume periods.

Earth and Soul Candle Co., is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
