Our candles are thoughtfully made with paraffin free coconut soy wax, unbleached cotton wicks, and carefully selected essential oils. Select botanical extracts may also be used. Never synthetic fragrance oils, paraffin, or dyes. Any natural color variation comes from the essential oils and botanical extracts.

For best performance, allow the wax to melt close to the edges during the first burn (approx 3-4 hours). After that, burn your candle for up to 4 hours at a time.

Keeping your wick trimmed to ¼ inch before each burn helps support a cleaner, more even candle experience. It may also help reduce excess smoke, mushrooming, uneven burning, and overly high flames for a more beautiful, controlled burn.

Wick mushroom is a normal carbon build up that can occur during burning. Factors such as burn conditions and wick maintenance can contribute. Trimming the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn and following proper burn sessions can help minimize it.

Yes. We offer optional personalized lid engraving, creating a thoughtful keepsake perfect for gifting or personal moments.

Yes. If personalization is not selected, your candle will still arrive with our signature bamboo lid beautifully engraved with the Earth and Soul Candle Co. logo for a timeless, refined finish.

Yes. Replacing the bamboo lid between burns may help protect your candle from dust and debris while preserving the overall candle experience. Always allow your candle to completely cool before placing the lid back on the vessel.

Yes. Our candles may also be enjoyed with a candle warmer for a flameless scent experience. Candle warmers gently heat the wax without lighting the wick. For best results, we recommend using a high quality top down warmer and following all manufacturer guidelines. Avoid excessive heating for prolonged periods to help preserve the integrity of the candle.

A small amount of wax on the vessel walls can happen, especially during early burns. Natural wax blends can take a few sessions to fully "train" the candle. Continue burning in proper sessions and avoid short burns.

Because we use a natural wax blend, appearance variations are normal. These natural characteristics do not affect performance and are part of working with clean, paraffin free wax.

A candle snuffer is a gentle way to extinguish your candle and may help minimize smoke while preserving the overall candle experience. While blowing out your candle is perfectly fine, many prefer using a snuffer for a cleaner, more elevated experience.

Absolutely. Our vessels are designed to be enjoyed long after the final burn. Once cleaned, they can be repurposed and enjoyed for years to come.
